Hi, I’m Geoff!
The founder of InclusiveCX.
I am passionate about transforming customer experience, particularly for people facing vulnerability. My aim is to support organisations in delivering interactions that are equitable, inclusive, and empathetic.
Drawing from extensive experience in leading services across corporate, government, and social sectors, I have witnessed firsthand the gaps in service delivery, especially when it comes to understanding and catering to the diverse needs of clients facing vulnerable circumstances. My work has been centered around designing and implementing solutions that put the client at the heart of service delivery, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and respectful.
In my roles, I have led significant transformations in service delivery, moving organisations from transactional models to ones that genuinely engage with their clients, resulting in improved outcomes for the most vulnerable communities. This journey has reinforced my belief in the power of human-centered design and the importance of listening to and acting on the voices of all clients.
My vision for InclusiveCX is simple: to help organisations create better experiences for all their clients, especially those who are often overlooked. I believe that by adopting more inclusive practices, we can create a world where every individual is treated with dignity and respect, no matter their circumstances.
